Words of wisdom no doubt. Perception and acceptance are paramount. Often we assume that our love is not returned because we are expecting it to come wrapped in a particular package. Open you eyes. How do the people in your life tell you they care? Has love always been there and you just do not recognize it?

Too often we expected our parents to show us their love in our youth and they never quite met our expectations. Now we hold that in our energy field and keep reflecting it in the relationships we hold near and dear to us. True love starts in our own hearts and is mirrored to us in the eyes of the people around us. Forgive your parents and truly know that they did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time. Also, they were giving us the experiences that we chose at that time in our lives. It is what gave us the flavor of our essence that we have in our adult life.

Concentrate on that slow simmer for the full flavor to emerge. True love, real love, sometimes needs our patience. That patience comes from trust, awareness, and opening to see a new perspective.
