Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

Now that we are in the depths of winter, it might be a good time to try something new. In the winter it feels good to hunker down and snuggle with something warm. It could be a blanket, a fire, a book, or a new experience.

Our brains require new stimulation in order to stay healthy, and venturing into the unknown will accomplish just that. You may want to try a different form of meditation, or perhaps something that takes you completely out of your comfort zone and out into public. It can be challenging to go to a place where you know no one and try something you have never experienced before, but give it a try.

Now is the time, before spring pops in and encourages us to get outside into nature. See what is in store for you. Open your mind, challenge your body, and allow yourself to meet people who will inspire you.

I’m taking Argentine Tango lessons! Let me know what new thing you're trying that takes you out of your comfort zone.

In the groove,
Marnie

P.S. This week is the “Are You Psychic” class. Come play and see if this might be a way for you to step out of your comfort zone. February 19, 6pm.
